Think Well, Feel Well

Walter Riso

SELF HELP. ZENITH, 2008. 206 PAGES.

The premise of this book is that if we think better, we’ll act and feel better. But how can one think better and get beyond the irrationality that causes us so much harm? As a therapist, the author has found that although it is true that the mind is the cause of our suffering, we are also capable of reversing negative mental processes. The human mind is not exact or infallible when it processes information but, fortunately, we have the capacity to realize our mistakes unlearn what we have learned.
